Training All new franchisees participate in comprehensive training program at our corporate headquarters in Mokena, IL. You will begin at our state-of-the-art training facility which is equipped with classrooms, computer work stations, and kitchens for hands on experience with our trainers. You will then move to one of our training restaurants for the operational phase of your training. We are here to teach you everything you need to know.
Operations and Support When your restaurant opens we typically spend the first 2-3 weeks with you to assist with hiring, training, and general operational assistance. Once open, franchisees receive regular updates to their training, including regular site and operational reviews.
Real Estate Our dedicated real estate team will help you in the site selection process. The typical size of an Al's Beef restaurant is approximately 2,000 to 2,800 square feet.
Construction Our construction team will work closely with you and assist in managing the entire construction process. Working with your contractor from the start thru all phases of the process including floor plans, design, equipment, and interior finish specifications. We are there every step of the way until the day you open the doors to your Al’s Italian Beef restaurant.
Marketing All new franchisees will utilize our marketing team to help get the word out about our legendary brand. A grand opening plan will be specific to each location. We will be establishing your new store presence with time tested marketing methods including print, radio and digital ads, along with social media, food bloggers and guerrilla marketing tactics in every location. The final touch will be having a presence in your community working with high schools, local festivals, businesses, and events.
